Getting Started

Creating a ChestShop

Follow these steps to create your own ChestShop:

1. Place a Chest: Start by placing a chest where you want your shop to be.

2. Place a Sign: Place a sign on or near the chest.

3. Format the Sign: Write the following format on the sign:

Line 1: (Leave blank or put your name)

Line 2: Quantity (Number of items to buy/sell per transaction)

Line 3: B : S (Buy price and sell price)

Line 4: Item Name or ID

For example, to sell 64 diamonds at 10 currency each, you would write:

Line 1: (Your Name)

Line 2: 64

Line 3: B 10 : 10 S

Line 4: Diamond

1. Stock the Chest: Place the items you are selling into the chest

Example Sign

Here’s an example of what a sign might look like for selling 10 diamonds:

[YourName]

B 100 : 90 S

Diamond

• B 100 means players can buy 10 diamonds from you for 100 currency.

• 90 S means players can sell 10 diamonds to you for 90 currency.

Using a ChestShop

Once your ChestShop is set up, players can interact with it to buy or sell items:

• To Buy: Right-click the sign to purchase the item.

• To Sell: Left-click the sign to sell the item.

Managing Your ChestShop

Updating Prices

To update the prices or item quantities, simply break the sign and create a new one with the updated information.

Restocking

Make sure to keep your chest stocked with items to sell. If the chest runs out of items, players won’t be able to buy from your shop.

Collecting Earnings

Your earnings from sales will be added to your in-game balance automatically. You can use the currency to buy items from other shops or for other server activities.

Tips for Success

• Competitive Pricing: Check other players' shops to set competitive prices.

• Popular Items: Stock items that are in high demand to attract more buyers.

• Advertise Your Shop: Let other players know about your shop location and the items you’re selling.
